You will need a length of string, pen and a ruler.

Step 1. Bring your thumb and little finger together.

Step 2. Take the string and wrap it around the widest part of your hand.

Step 3. Using the pen, make a mark where the string crosses over.

Step 4. Unroll the string and measure the piece of string with the ruler from mark to mark in cm’s.

Small - 19cm Circumference / 6cm Diameter

Medium - 20.5cm Circumference / 6.5cm Diameter

Large - 22cm Circumference / 7cm Diameter
