Delivery

Ume jewellery is made by hand in my North Wales studio. Most pieces are made-to-order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be made and delivered to you. Feel free to get in touch if you need a piece sooner, and I’ll try my best to accommodate you.

Refunds & Exchanges

I don’t currently offer refunds on my jewellery but I am happy to exchange your piece within 28 days, so get in touch with me if needed. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
